Our process engineering department studies and plans even JIGS for functional testing worktable. Those JIGS are custom or semicustom, based on National platform Labview™ platform. Every plan is deeply analyzed and studied in order to obtain an efficient system as far speed and testing cover are concerned, simulating as much as possible the operating conditions of final application.

From electronic board to complete device, the step is short and the advantages are a lot. With the intent of supplying a 360° service, Dinema plans and assembles JIG for device testing, in order to verify the correct functioning of the circuits and their connections. Before starting to use a new JIG in production, Dinema issues relevant operating standards necessary to follow every single testing step and trains the operators working in the production department. Where necessary, electronic boards, devices and panels are submitted to a series of tests for electrical security in compliance with the most recent international standards.

Original declaration of conformity is enclosed to the product and copies of those documents are filed into the official records.  All electronic instruments used for electrical, mechanical and temperature measuring are strictly catalogued, monitored and periodically submitted to calibration.
