Line of manual boards assembling works thanks to an array of sensors, to codified carts and thanks to a PLC controlling the traffic. In this way it is possible to check the automation to and from the soldering machine, driving the boards directly to the “finishing-process” worktable.
Boards soldering is done by an automatic soldering machine, working in inert atmosphere,  equipped with spray flux, 3-steps preheating tunnel and chip wave. Melting-pot is removable and interchangeable, for a fast change to a different alloy.

All components, both taped and not, are preformed by semi-automated machines as shown by catalogue or studied ad hoc to guarantee efficiency and repeatability in the inserting phase.
