We carry out careful and precise tests in our dedicated department to guarantee customers maximum protection over time, and we carry outoptical inspection online on 100% of the cards produced.
All our checks are carried out in compliance with the supply specifications, product documentation and the IPC-A610 and IPC-A600 reference standards.
We perform functional tests through testing systems provided by the customer or through a dedicated JIG platform, developed and built by our Test Engineering Team. These systems always guarantee maximum flexibility and a wide range of customization according to technical needs, in order to eliminate critical issues by analyzing the entire system in which the card is inserted and the individual elements that compose it.
Here are the main checks and tests that we carry out at Dinema Electronics:
